Consumer Affairs Central Point of Contact – Large Bank Holding Companies Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond – Charlotte Branch

Felicia’s primary duties at the Richmond Fed involve supervising the largest bank holding companies in her District for compliance with consumer banking laws, rules, regulations, and risk management guidelines set by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (BOGFRS).

Felicia’s role at the Richmond Fed has also included chairing the employee’s Civic Engagement Advisory Council, educating the public as a Fed Ambassador, recruiting college interns as a Career Champion, mentoring teens as a Fed volunteer, and sponsoring DE&I-related activities and events. Felicia also represents the Richmond Fed on the national “Partnership for Progress” program that was created by the BOGFRS to preserve and promote minority-owned institutions and enhance their ability to survive a highly competitive banking industry. In addition, Felicia’s most recent community service activities have included volunteering with: the YMCA, Communities in Schools, Charlotte Mecklenburg sSchools, the Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; and serving as a board of director for Bank on Women, Inc., Deltas of Charlotte Foundation, the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, and United Way of Chicago Advisory Council.

Felicia has a master’s degree in Public Administration from Baruch College and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Illinois State University. Her training and education also include several leadership programs such as National Urban Fellows (New York, NY), Leadership Tomorrow (Seattle, WA), Leadership Charlotte (Charlotte, NC), and Leadership North Carolina (Raleigh, NC).
