We have officially launched our first capital campaign, and it is running until December 31st. We invite you to consider contributing to the campaign; your year-end gift can have a profound impact, directly supporting our initiatives to engage the industry and expand our board search efforts.
Our organization is on a mission to successfully place talented women in bank leadership positions nationwide. We're eager to embrace new opportunities in the coming year.
Contributions to our organization are tax-deductible, and those made by December 31st may qualify for deductions on your 2024 tax return.
We sincerely appreciate support at any level, as each gift helps advance our mission and makes a meaningful impact.
Double The Impact
Many companies offer corporate matching programs that match charitable contributions made by employees, retirees, and even spouses. By participating in a matching gift program, you can maximize the impact of your support, helping us further our mission to increase women’s representation in bank leadership. We encourage you to check with your employer to see if they offer a matching gift program.
Please consider sharing this campaign with your network; every share helps us reach others who are passionate about supporting the development, promotion, and representation of women leaders in community banking.
Thank you for helping us drive meaningful change in the industry.
Women form the majority of our Customers, Employees, Owners, and Community, and are integral to…
The Paradox:
...yet women are under-represented
in the decision-making
roles in banking.
