Who is Bank on Women?

Bank On Women, Inc. is a unique, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with board members who are passionate about gender diversity. We’re changing the community banking industry by helping them understand how to build the best Boards and C-suites.
In less than five years of existence, we’ve educated thousands and helped to place several qualified women in positions to help those organizations thrive. We hope to do more, but we need your help.

For Institutions:
- Invite us to speak with your Board and/or Corporate Governance Committee about promoting gender diversity and the business benefits of doing so. Fill out the form HERE.
- Request Bank on Women’s services to find your bank qualified female candidates to serve on your executive board. Give us your criteria and we will search and interview women from our database that we believe will fit your bank. Read more on how we’ll help and fill out our form HERE.
For Female Leaders:
